I did not like this product, it was cheap to buy so I think it has been bulked up with other ingredients. Too much sugar and flavour and not enough whey protein- i did ask them how many grams were in it but they didn't tell Me.didn't like the fact there were so many sweeterners and dextrose etc, not natural at all.

Best with water but can be used with milk too. I like Banana flavoured one but can give a little bloating afterwards. Hoping to see gains from my 2 weeks usage. Will purchase this again.

Doesn't get thick and lumpy like some makes. Milk and water can be used to mix it and overall is good value for my money comared to others.
